Lost 11lb in three weeks, but at end of week 5 and have stalked for two weeks . I have one stone left to get into healthy weigh, would love two in total though.

I'm drinking 2.5 litre, greek full fat yoghurt , berries , banana at 12pm and omlette, salad or similar for dinner. Would love a "woosh" as very impressed at beginning with ease of plan but I lost as much with slimming world in that time and lost something at least weekly.

I think the banana could go. What could you replace it with that is less sugary? Have you seen any Becky Gillaspy videos? Might be useful for you

Not sure about Fast 800 but when I did the research on fasting, it says any weight lost in the first two weeks is purely water weight, then the body spends the next 3-4 weeks resetting your metabolism, reducing any inflammation which is called the "healing phase", and it's only from week 6+ that proper fat burning will start. It was quite true for me.

I really hope week 6 is week of the woosh or a good drop anyway. I am feeling a bit deflated, which makes me want to eat extra despite being past hunger these days.

The graph of weight loss tends to look like this. Initial loss, then a long reset phase (up to 8 weeks!), then loss begins again. Hang in there.

Bananas are pretty high sugar so might not be helping, but I’d need to know your full day. Are you tracking carbs?

Try some nuts or seeds instead of banana?
