Today is the day I go back on to the 16:8 healthy eating and fasting plan. I managed to lose over 16lb in 7 weeks when I last did the 16:8 fasting. The only reason why I stopped was that I started on new medication (pregabalin) that causes weight gain due to making me want to eat all the time. Now that I am on a steady dosage of the tablets I thought I'd start again. I'm just awaiting the migraines that start whenever I begin fasting again.
Current weight is shockingly high, so I need to lose lots but in a healthy and sustainable way.
