Anyone else doing one meal a day fasting? Wanna support each other? Prevent ourselves from wanting to kill people due to hanger issues LOL. x

lol, I like it but I have to admit to not really being crabby on OMAD. I did work my way into it in stages though. I started by missing breakfast and eating it with my lunch instead. Once my body had forgotten about breakfast (about 1-2 weeks) I skipped lunch too... job done. I now get no major hunger pangs at those meal times. My body now only hankers for dinner.

If you are getting hangry then maybe you are trying to switch to OMAD too quickly? Try a longer eating window and bring it down over a number of weeks. Or maybe you are getting blood sugar swings. Apple Cider Vinegar can help with that. Just shout if you want more info.
