Not yet. I feel fine. I was a bit groggy for about an hour. I didn't follow all the bone broth tips etc and just ate what I fancied.
Small glass of coconut water, greek yoghurt with cream, nuts and blueberries/raspberries, blue cheese and french bread, boiled egg, Magnum, a couple squares dark chocolate, chicken leg, couple of quorn nuggets, a tiny bit of veg, couple of teaspoons of peanut butter and a Cornetto!
Sounds like a lot but boy did it taste good! Back to smaller portions tomorrow and healthier fayre!
