I'm thinking of trying this out. I only started researching about it last night so haven't fully decided if I'm going to fully count calories yet. But what I am aiming for 16:8 for now. I will start eating at either 11 or 12 until 7 or 8. Hoping to last until 12 before eating.
I know you're only meant to have water during the non eating hours but for the first couple of days I'm going to have a cup of tea in the morning because I'm kind of starting on a whim! I will only use a splash of milk though. Will aim to cut this out completely when I can.
I've tried slimming world before and it didn't work for me unfortunately. I just kept cheating myself. I am about 11 stone 4. Just weighed. If anyone would like to join please do :)
