I've been recommended to try the 5:2 diet in order to lose about 2.5 stone. The thing is I've looked on google for what it's all about and I still don't really understand. I get that you eat normally for 5 days and fast for 2 but I'm unsure about what it is exactly that you can and can't eat on all the days? Do you cut out certain things? If anyone can give me a rundown of how I could get started off I would appreciate it
