A friend lent me a book this week,it's very interesting and I recommend it.
Delay don't Deny by Gin Stephens.
She talks a lot about 'clean fasting' and why it's so important. So no diet drinks/chewing gum/anything with sweetners even if calorie free in your fast.
Also, the Fast-5 diet by Bert Herring. This is short and sweet but very interesting.
