Been fasting 16/8 everyday for 3 weeks. Going very well as I am finding it easy and have lost 7lbs.
However. If I even eat the smallest amount of sugar after lunch (think a Freddo or a Biscoff biscuit) I am virtually asleep at 2 pm.
It's affecting me concentrating in meetings.
Is this my body telling me sugar is a no no? I don't want to cut it out entirely.
