Can anyone recommend a good 5:2 recipe book? Started last week and we have one from the library but need something with family friendly meals and 'normal' ingredients as kids have not been overly impressed with what we've been offering (they are not dieting of course but would like to do something we can adapt e.g. add pasta or rice for their portions) i know there are lots of great recipe ideas on here but i find it quicker to use a book as everything is in one place. Thanks
