Hi, I’m starting BSD tomorrow and have read most of the book, only bought it last night so I’m trying to get prepared for tomorrow! I was planning to do the Harcombe diet but prefer the look of this.
Can someone just clarify if skimmed milk is ok within the 800 calories? And caffeine?
I don’t drink much alcohol anymore but am partial to a Diet Coke 
Can’t wait to get started and will join the thread
