I'm in the middle of week 2, and apart from a blip last night when I was having cravings and ate a ton of bacon, I've been sticking to the calories, and mostly to 50g carbs, and 50% of calories from fat. I've been doing it by eating mostly a lot of green veg and eggs, sometimes a quarter of a tin of beans and sometimes 10g of parmesan if I wanted cheese.
I have been having milk, no fat in it, and probably around a pint but the calories and carbs are accounted for.
I have a lot of weight to lose (I started at 214lb and now at 211lb). I thought more of it would have shifted by now? My jeans are fitting better though, and I feel a lot better about how I'm eating. I like the diet just fine - I just want to lose the weight too!
Does anyone have anything to suggest? It's not PMS water bloat as that was what accounted for the 3lbs lost...
