Hi all, I was at my gyne last week and a follow up today, they've both advised me to start the 5:2 diet as I have 7 stone to lose before I fall into "healthy" realistically I'm looking for 1st per 6 months as I don't want to over do it or set too high a goal.
Anyway I'm looking for advice, motavation, hints tips and meal plans for fast days!
