I'm on my 4th ADF fast day today . I've been having 500 cals for the first 3 days and decided to go for a liquid fast today .
I've had 2 weak teas with 0 cal sweetener and water all day . I plan to do liquid fasts instead of having 500 cals on fast days .
I'm not going to calorie count on feed days but I'm going to be sensible and eat healthily.
I'm just wondering if it's likely I'll lose weight like this?
What have people lost per week so far with ADF?
