So, I have decided to give the 5:2 a try.
I am 14lbs heavier now then before my son (20 months old) was born, half of that put on after I had him and half during my pregnancy. I have a BMI of 27. something. I want to lose a stone anfd get back to my pre pregnancy weight. But all I do is faff around. I have great intentions and I want to get back to how I was before I had my son, I really do, but I lack drive and willpower at the same time.
So, any tips from anyone?
And could I have started it today? I've had a bacon butty for breakfast, a bowl of cereal for lunch (backwards I know) and also having spag bol for tea
