Lighter Life fast packs?

Has anyone tried the 5:2 diet using the LL 5:2 packs? There are soups, shakes, bars and 'meals'. You're supposed to have 4 a day (can be a mixture of different types) and it's meant to be 500-600 kcals.

I'm just wondering if it's any good. I have tried to do the 5:2 diet in the past but all the weighing ingredients and being really precise drove me mad.

Thanks!

ANYTHING sold as a product is best avoided.
Go for real food that you will carry on eating for years and years after you lose the weight

the lazy approach is to buy calorie counted ready meals such as M&S / Waitrose
but not "products"

Thanks! That what I thought really. It's not real food after all so there can't be much real goodness in it.
