We're off on an active holiday, watersports, biking, that kind of thing. What should I do about my fasting days? I guess options are:
a) do my 2 per week even though the food is included so will be not eating food I've paid for
b) have 2 weeks off 5:2 - I've mainly been doing it to be OK for holiday clothes
c) do my best on 2 days per week, eat significantly less but not be obsessive over it being 500 cals
what do you think?
