Hi everyone
I've only been doing this way of eating since last week but am already 4lbs down so quite happy. I actually had a question about how you feel during fast days.
I actually prefer my fast days on the whole to my non fast days, at least until the last couple of hours before dinner when I do start to feel hungry. Otherwise I just feel generally happier, sharper and less 'foggy' on fast days!! Does anyone else have this?? It's almost like a weird kind of euphoria, my mood is so lifted!?!?
