What days to fast?

I'm sorry, this has probably been done to death but I'm a bit worried. The only days I can really commit to fasting are Tuesdays and Thursdays but that seems very close together. I don't want to do the weekend because of gym classes and Sunday is the only day that DP and I get off together. I could split it up during the week but I like to do bootcamp Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and I can't exercise on Tues/Thurs because I'm at college after work so I'm out of the house for 14 hours.

Is it better to split the week up more evenly or will it not make any difference?

I do tues and thurs. And do try very hard on Saturdays. It's fine for me. I also exercise on Thursday -running-and that's fine too ( for me)

Oh good, as long as it won't make a difference. I usually weigh myself on a Wednesday but four days of food followed by one fast day might not look great on the scales - maybe a Friday morning would be a bit more forgiving!

I fast Tues and Thurs. I like it because it gets the fast days over with quite quickly then you have a long weekend where you can eat what you like. sounds like it would suit you as you will be busy all day which helps.

5:2 works with any 2 FDs (fast days), even consecutive ones if you are mad very tough.
Best to weigh yourself consistently, after the 2nd FD of the week, early morning, naked, after your ablutions but before eating or drinking anything.

Measure your waist & hips before you start 5:2, so you can monitor progress there too.
