Fasting / 5:2 diet

New to this! Please help

New to this and have no idea where to start!
I'm 4' 10" and 10 stone I need to lost around 18lbs
I get that on the 2 fasting days that I consume 500 calories but how much calories should I eat on the other 5 days?

You need to calculate your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure,) which is the average number of calories you burn in a day. TDEE is calculated from your current weight, height, age, activity level.
To start with, set your activity level to sedentary for this calculation, even if you are active. This TDEE is how much to aim for on NFDs.

You can eat say 200 less on weekday NFDs, if you want to indulge a bit more at the weekend.

After a couple of weeks, review your progress and adjust your NFDs up / down if need be.

I'm planning on having my first fasting day tomorrow then on my other 5 days according to the calculator I need to eat 1400 calories
My first fasting day I was planning on eating my exante shakes then going from there
