Am I calculating this right?

Current weight 13 stone 5
Height 5'7
Exercise is light ish but increasing. Doing a DVD at home twice a week and twice a week starting couch to 5k.
BMR is 1575
tDEE is 2166

So apparently on non fast days I should eat 1950 calories a day? Seems a huge amount? 2166 less 10%?

See how you get on the first week with eating up to TDEE on NFDs.
If you feel OK, then calculate the TDEE for your goal weight and aim for this on 1-2 days on week 2. This would speed up weight loss and train you how to eat at your goal weight.
For the following weeks, you could do 3-4 days at the lower TDEE.

Thanks. I have been calorie counting and have been eating 1450 a day which is why 1950 seems massive now. I think I will give this a try for a couple of weeks and see how I go.

With your TDEE, the 2 FDs would give you a calorie deficit of nearly 3000.
So, nearly the same as your daily calorie reduction, just in 2 days instead of 7.
You should lose ok eating to your current TDEE. You would lose quite quickly eating to your goal TDEE, say 1500, on some days.

< typo > 2 FDs would give over 3000 weekly
