Help and advice please.
In feb this year I started eating 1,200 calories a day. I started exercising gradually. I started with Metafit and boxercise so 2 sessions a week.
I increased the exercise to going 4-5 times a week.
At first I weighed 11stone 10.
I got down to 10stone 5 which took about 4 months! I got impatient. It seemed too long.
Well I got completed bored because my weight loss just stopped.
I was so strict.
Some days I ate my calories I burnt and some days I didn't.
Well I now eat what I like and have only gained about 2-3 1bs.
I really want to lose 1 stone.
I just don't know how or even if I have th determination. Hmm

1200 calories a day is HARD WORK
also, were you adding back your exercise calories?

First up, work out your TDEE for the weight you want to be, calculate it at sedentary ... it will be around 1600 calories
then try this pattern ...

Monday = 500 calories (join the big thread for support and ideas)
Tuesday = target weight TDEE
Wednesday = target weight TDEE
Thursday = 500 calories
Friday = current weight TDEE
Saturday = ask no questions, relax and enjoy
Sunday = current weight TDEE

NO adding back calories for exercise, ever, ever

but you'll do it

come joing the big thread to surf the wave of support

The reason your post wasn't answered for two days is that we don't tend to check these individual posts all that often.

TiP's right - get over to the main thread where queries are answered pretty well straight away. Or, at least, they won't get lost! Smile
