fasting and feeling off colour

Hello folks! Been doing 4:3 version of this and been feeling a bit off today... was supposed to be on a non fast day but having gone to the gym this morning then barely eaten I've got a net of 646 cals today according to my fitness pal. Supposed to be fasting tomorrow. So my question is... do I muscle through and fast anyway or do I see how it goes? Any help appreciated :-)
