Hi everyone

I've just started alternate day fasting again - did it for 6 months running up to my wedding and loved it, but need to start again as the weight has started creeping back on :D

Sorry if this has been done before but thought it would be good to get some tips on how you occupy yourself on a fast day when you feel like giving into temptation! My list would be:

Take the dogs out for a walk
Have a shower / bath
Clean my teeth (not a lot that tastes nice with minty breath!)
Go to bed early (!!)
Eat a bowl of lettuce with salt and vinegar, some ice poles or pickled onions / gherkins!

Any more suggestions?!

Do some press-ups and squats.
Brush the dog.
Paint nails (finger or toe)
Or put on gloves - anything to get your hands out of action.
Knit.
Face pack.
Breathing exercises.
