First post here, but hoping someone can help. Had a small bowl of porridge with a sprinkling of raisins/sunflower seeds on top. Cals?

Have you tried mfp? You can input the weights and it will give you the cals.

Depends how much you mean by "small" I use Flahavans, and use one of their red scoops, which is about 20g, and 70 calories. But that's half the recommended serving size.

Milk or water?

Raisins will be more calorific than you think - again, how much is a sprinkling? A whitworths 14g box is 41 cals.

Seeds - say 10g, 60 cals.

Thanks Milo. I have, but I'm rubbish at weights so was wondering if anyone fancied a guess, based on previous knowledge

No worries! I would estimate at about 350 cals, but as pp says it really does depend on weights etc.

Thanks Melanie. I think 140 for the porridge, then 20 for raisins (literally about 5 or 6), then 30 for the seeds (1 teaspoon max), so going for 200 cals as an estimate.
