I thought I read somewhere that you can spread your fasting day over 2 days. Does anyone have any experience of this?
This week I did the following
Wednesday - ate normal breakfast & lunch then started fast (last ate at 1pm)
Thursday - ate breakfast & lunch totalling 500 calories and then had a normal dinner
By my calculations, my fasting period was only 29 hours and not the 36 hours mentioned on most of the websites.
Is this OK? Or should I stick to fasting on a single day?
