Fasting / 5:2 diet

Is there an app for 5:2? If so is there a choice I would do so much better if I could keep track of where I'm up to help please....

That's not specifically for 5:2 is it? Is that one just a calorie counter?

all you need to do is learn to eat within your TDEE most of the week and within 500 calories two days a week.
Its no more complicated than that
there are no special foods or timings or combinations
that's why it works

I've seen people talk about 5:2 apps, but I've never really understand why you'd need one. What would it do for you?
