I started off 10.1 stone.
The morning after my 3rd fasting day (Friday) I weight 9.13.
Great!
This is the morning of my 4th fasting day (not post fasting day like the above) and Im 10.2!!!
A 1lb heavier than my original weight.
I dont feel like Im iver indulging on non fasting days, I dont eat cake, crisps, sweets, although I do like wine.
Last night I made a home made pizza which was lovely but it was wheat free and cheeseless. How bad for you can a wheat free cheeseless pizza be?!
How long do I continue before this diet isnt for me?
