Fasting / 5:2 diet

Help me come up with recipe for tonight please

Need a 250 cal or less dinner. Can't get to shops but have the following in house - mushrooms, chick peas, frozen carrots, frozen broccoli, chicken breast, tin tuna, herbs and spices, pasta, rice, cous cous, tins of tomatoes. Potatoes, onions, aubergine.

Make a veg curry with:
Onions 31 cals/100g
Mushrooms 13
Aubergine 15
Carrots 28
Tin tomatoes 76
Stock cube 14

Total 177

All your spices, etc

Let it simmer for a while before serving with 100g of broccoli (instead of carbs).

To bulk it out, add more mushrooms and or aubergine.
