Hi guys. I have just spent the past 3 hours reading the 5:2 diet book. I am starting it today. I will take any advice or support i can get. Im a bit scared about these fasting days. Ive tried all the other diets and im hoping this one is THE one that finally puts me out my misery. Hopefully speak to you all soon or moan at you on the fast days lol. Aw well here goes - 5ft 1inch and 181lbs. Going by the book my non fasting days is about 1700 (ish) kcals. I wont bore u all anymore.im away out a very slow walk lol.bye for now
