I did my first FD on Monday and doing my second of the week today as i can't fit it in any other time of the week. The first day was ok, it was doable! However i just woke up and I am starving ! How am I going to last until dinner time ?!
Is it easier if I just grin and bear it and save all my calories to dinner as having a little now will make me more hungry or shall I have something small now ?!
