How many cals on non-fast days?

Please could you tell me how many cals I should be having on non-fast days - I am 5ft 2 and weigh 11st 8. Thank you!

I'm new to this but I worked it out here from the link in the welcome thread.

The BMR is your basic metabolic rate - this is what your body burns just by being alive.

Your TDEE is your Total Daily Energy Expenditure - this is your BMR plus extra for moving around and doing stuff.

The TDEE is the figure you need for non fast days.

You need more information than that, you could range from 1700 cals to 2700 cals depending on your age and lifestyle. Follow the link given by beachcomber and you should get your figure.
