I was shocked. This is probably a fairly typical day for me
though i definitely was more hungry. I am not grossly overweight (within top of BMI) and it remains fairly stable but I just want to lose the post baby stone.
I was strict about my cals on fast day but will I still lose weight? I know I am meant to stick to 2000 but at the same time don't want to feel deprived on feast days as this defeats the object IMO. I need some encouragement!
