Which TDEE activity level should I choose?

Currently doing the 5:2, but am unsure which activity level I should be choosing on the TDEE calculator for my non fasting days.

I don't do any exercise. However I am a SAHM, on my feet for most of the day whether it's looking after DD or doing housework. Most days we go for a walk too (me pushing stroller). I don't drive so we walk and bus everywhere.

Would you say that this would count as "Little or no exercise (ex:desk job)" or "Light exercise (exercising 1-3 days a week)"?

The difference is between my TDEE being 1625 and 1862, so I would like it to be the latter obviously!

I would count that as lightly active. I walk to work and back each day and still don't count it as light exercise. I'm maintaining now but even when losing I kept my MFP goal at maintenance based on being lightly active and ate some of my exercise cals if I wanted to, as long as it wasn't a fast day. My TDEE now is only 1600 and I admit it doesn't give you much leeway!

I'd class it as light exercise.

Thank you. I think I will aim for 1800 as a TDEE then, slightly less than light exercise!
