Any knowledge of the Ballentine coil?

I know there have only been limited studies so far, but has anyone here had one put in? I've had a coil in the past and it made my periods really heavy and they lasted for two to three weeks (I had it in for years). I can't have hormonal contraception for multiple reasons, and DH and I have proven ourselves to be rubbish with condoms.

I’m in healthcare and I don’t think we use it - not enough data for UK pick up , well used in Europe although I think it’s Ballerine not Ballentine
Cant see the difference from our UK copper.. will probably still give heavier longer periods .. I fit them regularly and most ladies get on much better with a Mirena or Jaydess although as you say hormonally that’s what you want to avoid
Good luck
