Hi, Not sure if this is the right place for this question but unsure where else to put it.
I’m looking for where I could book a private genetic test for my partner and I to see if we carry a specific gene. Our daughter was diagnosed with a condition last year and we just want to rule out passing it on to another baby before we hopefully start trying for baby 2 at the end of the year.
Does anyone have any advice? We have been referred on the NHS but it’s a 10 month wait for the first appointment to discuss the test and then who knows how long for the actual test and results. We waited 6 months for my daughters genetic test results.
