What is a woman considered at 28?

Os a 28 year old woman considered young or old?
should she still be enjoying her freedom or be planning a family soon?
especially because of social media, it seems that girls past 25 are expired and not of same value in the dating scene

Everything you read on social media about women having an ‘expiry date’ is total bollocks. Once you’re over 25 you may have trouble attracting Andrew Tate and his ilk because they think of women as brood mares/bangmaids, but if anything that’s a huge benefit.

Men who say women are expired at a certain age just want mouldable impressionable women and are actually just scared of older wiser women with experience and opinions.

28 is young of course? Vast majority of people I know started a family in their 30's.

Celebrities and people on social media generally settle down a bit older too so i'm not sure where you're seeing this to be honest ...

It’s all over social media. Men describing women over 25 as ‘hitting the wall’, no longer desirable etc. Of course men over 25 are not described in the same way. These men just view women as commodities.

I have never seen anything like that on social media and i'm glad.

On the flipside, women make fun of short guys etc so it's just one of things you need to switch off and pay attention to real life imo.

Feel free to go have a look! Women are just as horrible to men.

Likewise feel free to to have a look about the derogatory stuff about women you claim you haven’t seen 🤷🏻‍♀️

SeasonalKitsch · 21/05/2025 13:49

Any man who refers to women as having expired at 25 has immediately shown himself to be totally undateable. The only good thing about this trend is that it is allowing men to expose themselves as utter bellends before you get too close.

starrynight009 · 21/05/2025 13:55

Any man who thinks that a woman expires once she's past 25, is not a man worth dating. Find someone who wants to grow old with you.

Men say a lot of rubbish online (as do some women) purposely to wind people up. They're usually not very happy and fulfilled individuals.

CremeEggThief · 21/05/2025 13:56

What nonsense am I reading now?🙄
Grow up OP. HTH.

Why would I need to do that? I didn't doubt it, I just said it's not all over MY social media.

Sunshineandgrapefruit · 21/05/2025 14:03

Stop paying attention to social media! You do you. If you want to be free and single so that, if you want to start a family ditto. It's no-one else's business and certainly not something to be dictated by keyboard warriors.
