Help!! I’ve been taking Cat’s Claw for a couple of weeks before my FET

I’m so scared right now! I’ve been taking the vimergy cats claw supplement for a few weeks now and I’m going abroad for a FET next week. I just googled it and it says it’s used as a contraceptive and could cause abnormalities and abortion but since not many studies are done on this I don’t know much else.

The thing is that I’ve already spent over £50k for this treatment and every month it’s been something wrong that needed to be fixed so I thought that this time I will have my immune system strong and can’t catch anything before my treatment next week and now I red this.

Ive just contacted the clinic to see what they think but just wanted to know if someone else have also been taking Cat’s claw before IVF treatment or pregnancy and everything worked out with a healthy baby?

I'd wait if it were me, sorry OP. If the IVF doesn't work, you'll always be wondering if that's why, even if it had nothing to do with it. When I had my IVF, they told me to stop taking any supplements - just my usual, GP prescribed meds that the clinic said were safe, and multivitamins.

My doctor got back to me and told me to go ahead as I’ve only for a few weeks and to stop taking it right away. I was surprised by their response but fingers crossed everything works out. Please share if you have experience if this.
