Hi, we just went for an early pregnancy scan yesterday and came back feeling deflated and down. The scan showed a 9.8mm gestation sac + a small yolk sac but no fetal pole. We thought we were 7w but the size of the gestation sac suggests we’re actually 6w, personally think it could be even earlier as my period was delayed and longer than normal.
We booked in for another scan in two weeks, thinking to go back next week instead because we’re really anxious and worried. Maybe it’s too early but would love to hear of any similar experiences, positive or negative. The waiting is so hard, don’t know how people do it!
