Court order hasn't complied with the contact arrangements with mum

Dad asnt applied with the court order.to let mum have contact with kids, 2times a mth.after numerous written letters sent to dad he has never stuck to the court order made by a family judge. Why was this allowed to happen..

Then you need to go back to court to record the breech. Same as any non resident parent where the resident parent is t complying. Have you done this?

How long ago was the order made?
How long has Dad been non compliant?
