Male diet to give greater chance of having a girl?

I have two gorgeous little boys and would love a little girl for my third (& final child!) if I’m lucky enough to conceive again.
I remember a midwife telling me about this old school book from years ago that claimed to guarantee a girl or a boy depending on the dad’s diet! But I cannot find anything online- any ideas?

thanks in advance! 😊

p.s yes I’m aware it’s not gonna be guaranteed and if I have a boy, I’ll love him all the same- but don’t see the harm in trying!

Not sure about diet but I think the best way is timing when you have sex so you stop 3 days before you ovulate for a girl because female sperm is slower but lives longer so more likely to just be female sperm still hanging around when you ovulate. Obviously you would need regular cycles for this and not guaranteed!
