I had and iud put in during my caesarean, i had some cramps and constant spotting for 8 weeks. So got sent for a scan and the woman said“ its in uterine lining but not perforating” she’s referring me to gyno. has anyone had this I’m really confused is it displaced or not?

Yes it should be in the uterine cavity not stuck in the lining i think

That’s what i thought, then when i directly asked if its in the wrong place, she said she wasn’t sure and wanted gyno to look urgently. Then I’m thinking how they going to get it out / is it doing damage if its in the lining but i can’t find information on that
