Hi, I was recently diagnosed with premature ovarian failure at age 29. My FSH is >70 and AMH 1.1. I have been advised not to wait any longer and to attempt egg harvest. I have read around and the prognosis and success rate isn't in my favour. How realistic is it that i will have any healthy eggs left and harvest/IVF will be successful? I want to mentally prepare.
