i stopped my depo injection in april, so have now been off contraception for 4 months. i haven’t had a period as of yet but for the past 2 months or so i’ve been constantly experiencing cramps, back ache, mood swings, headaches, achy boobs, nausea. it feels as if my period is going to start but i’ve had spotting on and off just.
it’s really bothering me now, i’m feeling mentally and psychically drained and just want to feel normal. every day is the same, i get the symptoms and assume my period will show then nothing.
im cramping and aching every day, i have 0 motivation and i am struggling to want to eat as i feel so sick. my gp is no help whatsoever and i don’t know what else to do now.
