Mood on/coming off Cerazette, and best pill for regulating mood

Wondered what others' experiences were of best pill for regulating hormones in terms of mood?

I was recently put on Cerazette to try to help with lows and anxiety that seem to be hormonal. I didn't feel it helped and seemed to feel worse than before.

Have now been off it over a week and feel worse than ever :(

I guess first question, how long after coming off a mini pill did you feel back to normal, anyone who has come off due to mood side effects?

And second has anyone found the combined pill better for regulating hormones than prog only? Thanks so much.
