GP surgery really aren't being helpful here. Have asked for help a few times in the last month and still don't have an answer:
My periods give me migraine. I was put on Carezette in 2015. No problems until Feb / March time. I had a 3 week period which seemed to be heavy and started getting period related migraine again.
Switched to the Depo injection a few weeks later. I'm getting spotting and again, getting migraine.
I spoke to the nurse in June who said it can take time to settle and I should be ok. I'm not. I'm still getting period related migraine.
I feel as though (because of how unhelpful they are) I need to do a bit of research to see what else I can have. I can't have certain contraception due to having migraine.
I was told the coil and implants are options. Are these now my only options?
