Mini pill after pregnancy - worried about anxiety and depression

I had my PP Check up yesterday and I asked to be put back on the pill

I have been on many pills over the years

When I 1st started the pill it was the combined pill, but I put on loads of weight with it and I had horrendous headaches

I then went onto cerelle, which worked pretty well with me

I came of it and convinced my 1st child months later

After my 1st I was put on noriday and I had the most horrendous mood swings while being on it, along with serious anxiety, it seriously effected my day to day life, i thought it may have been PN depression, but as soon as I stopped the pill my moods instantly changed

I decided to come of it ans my husband ans I used condoms for over a year as contraception , and then stopped with these when we said we wanted baby number 2

I asked the doctor to put me back on cerelle , hut after looking at the side effects I'm worried I'm going to be in the same place I was with Noriday

If I was ok with cerelle 1st time, should it be ok this time ? I was in a reql bad placr while on noriday and I can't bare to experience the same as last time

I used cerelle both before and after DD, and haven't had any psychological effects either time - and not having periods is great. I would have thought it was worth a try.

@bathorshower thank you! I'm hoping I'll be fine with it, as I was before! Was just worried because it's progesterone only , like noriday, that it might effect me the same! Hopefully not though
