Missed period after morning after pill

Hi I’m new here! I had unprotected sex 28/29th January last period was the 16th jan. I’m in a new relationship and it’s long distance so I have not slept with anybody else since. I took the map levonelle on the 31st feb. The 8th feb I had very light brown/pink spotting for a week not even enough for a pad just when I wiped.. it’s now been almost 7 weeks since sex and still no period for weeks I’ve been getting cramps and achy legs like I do when I’m due on but nothing arrives I’ve never wanted my period so bad!! Took multiple tests and all negative and awaiting bloods from go!! I have health anxiety and I’m starting to think something is seriously wrong I’d never took a map until now! Has anybody else been late for so long it's really depressing me
