Is it just banned nowdays in UK or what? I can't find any from any trustworthy seeming place anywhere. If you use this, where on earth are you buying it from?

I've found Gygel contraceptive jelly online

CAYA Diaphragm Gel www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00DPZC1X6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_ZVN3J9D2Z8ZWQB21SN1M?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

This is the stuff they give you at the NHS sex clinics nowadays for free. (If you have one near you).

That doesn't contain nonoxynol 9 and i thought that was best for killing sperm

No idea to be honest but I got the caya cap and their gel from the NHS clinic in Norwich. So I’m guessing the NHS thinks it does the job…. Confusing!

Yeah all I can find is Caya and Contragel which aren't spermicide, I guess it's just banned here or something now

Although maybe it's not recommended any more and that's why there are alternatives
