Hi everyone, newbie here! Hope everyone is well.
Just looking for some advice, or if anyone’s been through similar words of reassurance 
I had the copper coil for 3 years and last week on 22nd Dec had it removed (hurrah!)
As expected there was a little cramping in the days after, no bleeding and I thought great all is well..
However it’s a week on and I’m still having cramping and I feel sick with it. Really off my food (I didn’t eat much over Xmas, not like me at all)
I’m awaiting my next period to start in around 13days. As I’d had my previous 2 weeks before removal. I’m like clockwork even whilst being on the copper IUD I just had longer heavier periods. But they were always spot on.
So what could be causing the cramping? I know I’ve ovulated as I track all that stuff on my app and I know the signs. But by god this is getting on my wick now. Having to take painkillers to ease it and that’s not normally like me at all.
