Was this implantation bleed or a early short period

have been trying for a baby for a while since coming off the pill about 2 years ago with no success. I track my periods and ovulation and we last had dtd about 2 weeks ago and I was supposed to start period there on Tuesday and nothing though 5 days ago Saturday evening I noticed pink when I wiped and throughout Sunday and most of Monday was a little more than there was on Saturday but no period symptoms and by monday evening nothing
I'm not sure if its a early short period or if I'm actually pregnant and I do actually feel full in belly had a few nights of intense itchy skin even though there's no rash or marks

Maybe take a test OP? As if your period was due on Tuesday and you haven’t had what is a normal period for you , you can definitely test now? And if it is negative try testing again in a week , sometimes in the early stages of pregnancy the hcg hormone can take time to rise in your system for a urine test to pick it up , alternatively you could go to your GP and try get them to do a blood test as that would give you more accurate results

Its weird as I'm now experiencing diarrhoea with stomach cramps and was sick just there
Cause I phoned nhs 24 last night cause of the diarrhoea and cause I was a little warm ive to be tested for covid
Might just do a test when I next need to pee but will it show anything even though I've been drinking loads of water

Took a while for periods to settle after coming off the pill but now are regular
